Wellington Physiotherapy is the location of the Wellington Hand Clinic. Wellington Hand Clinic is Guelph's premier hand and wrist rehabilitation centre. With access to an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hand and wrist injuries, as well as, occupational and physical therapists with extensive experience in treating these complex injuries, Wellington Physiotherapy and Hand Clinic provides the most complete care available.


Wellington Physiotherapy and Hand Clinic provide assessment and rehabilitation of the hand, wrist and forearm, for patients following injury, trauma, repetitive strain, disease, surgery.

The conditions we treat include:

Lynn Jeaurond, B.Sc. OT.

Registered Occupational Therapist

The Wellington Hand Clinic is thrilled to welcome Lynn Jeaurond to our team. Lynn is a Registered Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of experience in hand, wrist, and elbow injury management. She holds a B.Sc. in Occupational Therapy from the University of Ottawa and has completed numerous post-graduate courses in hand and upper extremity care.

Lynn has extensive experience in both hospital and community-based settings, developing expertise in custom splint fabrication, exercise prescription, therapeutic modalities, and guiding patients back to their pre-injury activities. Her care philosophy emphasizes patient education, empowering individuals to actively participate in their recovery for optimal and lasting outcomes.

Lynn is excited to join the Wellington Hand Clinic and looks forward to serving the hand therapy needs of Guelph and its surrounding communities.
